Red is the
color for the month. Red is in tomatoes, strawberries, watermelon,
and red bell peppers. In the news lately, we have been reminded
that vitamins like "Centrum" and "One-a-day"
now include Lycopene, a very powerful anti-oxidant. All red
fruits and vegetables contain this, but its highest concentration
is found in tomatoes. (Anti-oxidants are the "muscles"
in our immune system. They are specifically vitamins A, C, and
E.)
